        Working Principle of Multi Mill

        • Material Feeding
          • The raw material is fed into the hopper located at the top of the machine.
          • The hopper is designed to ensure a smooth and controlled flow of material into the processing chamber.
        • Processing Chamber
          • The material enters the processing chamber, where it comes into contact with a rotating rotor fitted with beaters (12 in most models).
          • The beaters are uniquely designed with knife edges and impact edges to handle different types of materials efficiently.
        • Size Reduction Mechanism
          • The size reduction process involves three main actions:
            • Impact: The material is struck by the rotating beaters, breaking it into smaller pieces.
