Tray Dryer – 48 Trays: Material of Construction (MOC)
1	Construction	External: 2mm thick material, buffed to 150 grit matt finish. Internal: 2mm thick material, buffed to 220 grit mirror finish. Material of Construction (MOC): cGMP compliant.
2	Surface Finish	External: Buffed to 150 grit matt finish. Internal: Buffed to 220 grit mirror finish.
3	Inlet & Outlet	Equipped with a 5-micron pre-filter at the inlet. A manually adjustable infinite damper is provided at the outlet for airflow regulation.
4	Door	Doors are located at the front and/or rear of the dryer. Silicon rubber gaskets line the door lips to ensure a leak-proof seal. Doors are equipped with secure locking mechanisms.
5	Air Circulation	Air circulation is facilitated by specially designed recirculation blowers installed inside the dryer. The blower’s capacity, static pressure, and design are optimized based on the dryer’s size and model.
6	Heating	Heating options include steam, electric, thermo-fluid, or hot water systems. Suitable heating coils or clarifiers are integrated into the dryer.
7	Temperature Control	The system features a fully automatic electronic digital temperature controller mounted on the control panel.
8	Trays	Trays are available in stainless steel (SS 304/316) with fully die-pressed construction and coved corners. Buffed to a mirror finish.
9	Trolley	A trolley is included to hold trays and facilitate loading/unloading into the dryer.
10	Control Panel	An automatic control panel is mounted on the side of the dryer and includes: Starters, contactors, safety relays, circuit breakers Indicating lamps, push buttons, timers, and controllers
