Construction

Triple-wall construction provides enhanced insulation and improved thermal efficiency.
Inner Chamber: Fabricated from high-quality Stainless Steel (S.S.) for durability and corrosion resistance.
Outer Chamber: Manufactured from Mild Steel (M.S.) and finished with a durable powder coating.
Insulation: 65 mm thick glass wool insulation is provided between the walls to minimize heat loss and improve energy efficiency.

Heating System

Heating Elements: Industrial-grade chrome-plated S.S. air heaters are used for efficient and reliable heating.
Heater Placement: Heating elements are positioned on both sides inside the inner chamber to achieve uniform temperature distribution.

Temperature Control

Temperature Range: 50°C to 250°C
Accuracy: ±0.5°C
Temperature Sensor: RTD Class A is provided for precise and dependable temperature measurement.
Controller: Microprocessor-based Auto-Tune PID Digital Controller for accurate temperature regulation.

Air Circulation & Ventilation

Blower System: A motorized blower continuously circulates heated air inside the chamber for uniform heat distribution.
