Vertical Autoclave (Radial Locking)
Operates under saturated steam pressure adjustable from 5 to 20 PSI, providing reliable sterilization of instruments, media, and other materials. Constructed with double walls, consisting of an inner chamber (boiler) and outer shell, both fabricated from Stainless Steel 304 Grade with a mirror-polished finish. The inner chamber (boiler) is manufactured from heavy-duty 16 SWG stainless steel sheet, providing durability and corrosion resistance. The system is hydraulically tested up to 40 PSI for safe operation. Provides a fully automatic sterilization cycle, including air purging, sterilization hold time and cycle completion with automatic pressure release. We also manufacture customized sizes on request.
