The Vertical Autoclave – Single Lever is a reliable and efficient vertical steam sterilizer designed for sterilization under saturated steam pressure. The autoclave operates at selectable pressure levels between 5 PSI and 20 PSI, with all pressure systems hydraulically tested up to 40 PSI for operational safety. This is suitable for sterilizing laboratory glassware, plastic tubing, sealed liquid containers and other heat-resistant materials. It is widely applicable in microbiology laboratories, medical facilities, pharmaceutical industries, research laboratories and waste treatment applications. The unit combines a 304-grade stainless steel sterilization chamber, automatic temperature and pressure control, safety protection, efficient heating and optional data logging for applications requiring process documentation.

Construction & Material

Inner Chamber / Boiler: The sterilization chamber is manufactured from thick 304-grade stainless steel sheet, providing excellent corrosion resistance and suitability for laboratory and pharmaceutical sterilization applications.
Outer Body: The outer enclosure is manufactured from heavy-gauge stainless steel sheet with a rectangular construction. The surface is treated for degreasing and rust protection, providing a durable and easy-to-maintain finish.
Double-Wall Construction: The vertical autoclave incorporates a double-wall construction with air insulation between the inner boiler and outer shell to improve thermal performance and operator safety.
Welding: All internal joints are argon arc welded to provide strong, hygienic and leakage-resistant construction.
Drain System: A dedicated drain valve is provided for convenient draining and cleaning of the sterilization chamber.
Mobility: The autoclave is mounted on castor wheels, allowing easy movement and positioning within the laboratory or production area.

Lid & Safety Features

The autoclave is equipped with a robust spring-loaded hinged lid manufactured from thick, machined, high-grade stainless steel plate. The spring-assisted mechanism allows smooth and convenient opening and closing of the lid.
